Our purpose is to provide opportunities for Christian growth and fellowship to the women of our church and to create a hospitable atmosphere for women new to our fellowship. We desire to support and encourage one another to use our spiritual gifts in service for Christ.
Women's Ministry
A new women’s Bible study starts Wednesday, February 8, 7 pm – 9 pm in Room 115.
We will be studying the Book of James, by Beth Moore. This is an eight-week study, and women of all ages are welcome. Join us, and be prepared to be spiritually blessed. Sign-ups are being taken at the Information Center.
If you have questions, please contact Karen Hickman (888-7387) or Dot Knutson (287-8302).
This is the “official” time of year to express our love and appreciation for our pastors at UBC. Please be thinking of fun and creative ways to bless those that are such a blessing to us. Some ideas include cards, emails, homemade cookies, etc.
The sign-up folders are on the Information Center counter in the foyer. You do not need to sign-up to participate, and more than one person may sign-up on the same day. The calendars are a way to ensure that, hopefully, our pastors are remembered each day of the month of October.
Thank you for joining with us, the Women’s Ministry Team, and taking this opportunity to show our gratitude for the men who serve the Lord and our church family so lovingly and faithfully.

The Women’s Ministry Team welcomes our two newest team members, Susan Carter and Sharee McMahon!!
We are so very excited that Susan will be stepping in as the head of the Celebration Team. This is the group that hosts the annual Ladies Luncheon in the spring, craft workshops, cooking classes, and other events that allow the women at UBC to gather together for fun and fellowship. The team currently consists of Patti Crouch, Cynthia Goldgrabe, and Angela Rash, but they are looking for more ladies that would like to join them as they serve and minister to the women at Ustick.
Sharee McMahon has graciously volunteered to take on the ministry of sending wedding and baby gift cards. The WM acknowledges weddings and babies (first born or first born since attending UBC) with a gift card to Bed, Bath and Beyond, or to Babies R Us.
We praise God for His faithfulness to send workers for the harvest!!
